Kenny Kaufman, Owner

As the owner and operator of Elite Plumbing of Florida, my plumbing journey started when I was 17. I started plumbing right out of high school, following in my father's and uncles' footsteps, at a local plumbing trade school in Pinellas County. I worked my way up from ditch digger, to helper, to apprentice, to plumber, and then to lead plumber. I then acquired my journeyman license and many other certificates after realizing that my beliefs did not line up with those of the companies I was working for. I chose to obtain my Florida Master Plumbers license and begin a business with the help of my family so that I could vow to always take care of my customers with the mindset of "how would I want my family to be treated?".

Treating our customers as if they are our own family is how we have earned a position as one of the most trusted plumbers in Pinellas County. Our main goal is to educate our customers before presenting them with options. This allows every customer an opportunity to make an informed decision on what will work best for their unique circumstances. Our team believes in plumbing without compromise.

As the office manager, my priorities are honesty, transparency, and responsive customer service. When a homeowner entrusts us with the care of their home, it is a responsibility and honor that I do not take lightly. My goal is to provide accurate, timely, and professional information to clients, resolve any issue that may arise during a job and follow-through on our mission to provide fair trustworthy services.
